Set up your eIVF Portal
As a new patient at Atlantic Reproductive Medicine Specialists, we want to get to know you before we meet so that our consulting time together can have the highest value possible. To achieve this, we ask you (and your partner) to complete our Initial Health Questionnaire before your first appointment. This questionnaire is located on your eIVF patient portal.

We welcome you as a new patient.
After you have scheduled your appointment and before your first visit, please download, print out, and complete the new patient forms. Be sure to bring them to your first appointment.

Mind, Body Wellness
& the Fertility Journey
At Atlantic Reproductive Medicine, we know that infertility can be stressful for individuals and couples. The fertility journey can bring challenges and disappointments, and evoke a range of emotions, including frustration, anger, sadness, guilt, and anxiety.
The stress associated with infertility can affect various aspects of a person’s life, including their mental and emotional well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and overall quality of life.
We feel it is important for individuals and couples experiencing infertility to seek support, both emotionally and medically. For this reason, we have developed professional partnerships with psychologists, counselors, support groups, and organizations to help our patients maintain optimal wellness. Psychologist Rachel Eshel, PsyD, sees patients here in our clinic for the convenience of many of our patients. See the list of other professionals, support groups and organizations below on this page.
