Patti Borgmeyer

Patti brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare financial services, revenue management, and insurance benefits, including 15 years dedicated to reproductive medicine. As Director of Revenue Management at Atlantic Fertility, she oversees the financial processes that support patients throughout their fertility journey while helping ensure a clear and positive financial experience. 

Patti has extensive experience navigating the complexities of fertility insurance coverage, treatment costs, financial counseling, and third-party reproduction. She is passionate about helping patients understand their options and feel informed and supported as they make important decisions about their care. 

Throughout her years in reproductive medicine, Patti has played an integral role in developing financial programs, improving operational processes, and navigating the continually evolving landscape of fertility benefits and healthcare reimbursement. She values the opportunity to combine her financial expertise with her commitment to helping patients achieve their dream of building a family. 

Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and grandchildren and enjoying life along the North Carolina coast.
