A sample visit itinerary

Not every visit requires travel from day one. Many patients start with a telehealth consultation, with monitoring (bloodwork, ultrasounds) handled at a facility near home and results sent to our team, reserving travel for procedures that need our on-site labs and physicians.

Before you travel

Meet your care team by video to discuss your history and treatment plan. Initial bloodwork and ultrasound can often be done locally.

Day 1 · Arrival

Fly into RDU, check in, and come in for your first appointment.

Days 2 to 4 · Monitoring and procedures

Morning appointments for bloodwork, ultrasounds, or your procedure, with free afternoons.

Day 5 · Departure

A final check-in, if needed, before your flight home.

Exact timing depends on your treatment path. Your coordinator will confirm details before you book flights.
