Each patient’s treatment plan is unique. Resolving fertility issues can be straightforward or complex–from one single treatment to multiple treatments to combined treatments. Each patient’s journey is unique.
Your physician will discuss the potential fertility pathways open to you based on your unique needs, fertility history, goals, and budget.
After deciding on a treatment plan, you will receive a detailed outline of your specific fertility costs from our financial team. Our financial advisors will also help you determine your insurance benefits and how to take advantage of them.
The estimated self-pay fees provided below are intended to give patients an estimate of the prices and payments for the more commonly provided healthcare services at Atlantic Reproductive Medicine. This information is an estimate only and is in no way a quote or a guarantee of the amount you will owe or what the charges for a service will be. The estimates cannot and should not be relied on as the actual charges and/or payments you will be responsible for paying. Depending upon many factors, the actual charges and/or payments may be either lower or higher than the estimates. A Financial Coordinator will provide you with a detailed breakdown of fees based on the recommended treatment and how it relates to your quoted benefit

| Vasectomy Reversal (includes anesthesia, testicular sperm extraction (TESE), and sperm banking, and this price remains the same whether vasovasostomy and/or epididymovasostomy procedures are done) | $9,875 |
| No-Scalpel, No-Needle Vasectomy | $1,500* |
*We accept most major insurance carriers, and vasectomy is typically covered.
